Common questions
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to respond to every enquiry and send quotes within 12 hours. After delivery we follow up within 48 hours to make sure you're happy with your piece.
How do I order something custom?
Email us or use the form with your idea — a name, a photo, a sketch or a reference. We'll confirm what's possible, send a quote, and start once you're happy.
How does payment work?
Custom work is 50% in advance to begin production, with the balance due on delivery. Printing starts once the advance is confirmed.
What are the delivery options?
Inside Kathmandu Valley delivery is Rs. 250, and free on orders of Rs. 3,000 or more. Outside the valley we ship by tracked domestic courier — the fee is confirmed with your quote, and we add a day or two to the estimate.
How long does production take?
It depends on the piece — most take about 2 to 7 days, and the estimate is shown on each product. Custom work is quoted individually.
What materials do you print in?
We print primarily in PLA and PETG on Bambu Lab P2S Combo machines, chosen for fine detail, strength and a refined finish.
Are your products food-safe?
No. Our FDM-printed items are not certified food-safe, and we don't market them as such. Pieces intended for food contact ship with guidance to use a food-safe barrier, or to treat them as craft items.
